DELIVERY TIME

The available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your order, and the availability of the items. To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate.

During checkout, you will see the available shipping methods, their costs, and the estimated delivery dates.

Orders are typically dispatched from our New York warehouse within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days. Estimated delivery times may be subject to delays, particularly during the holiday season or other high-volume periods. Please also be aware that couriers may encounter delays while transporting packages.

If your order includes items with different dispatch times, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to be shipped. For time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us at info@tonolcollective.com

SHIPPING AREA

We currently only ship to customers in the United States (48 contiguous states). If you’re based in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at info@tonolcollective.com with the items you're interested in purchasing and the delivery address - we may be able to provide a shipping quote. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York.
