PRESSED GLASS BOWL PAIR IN TWO BLUE TONES

Description

Originally made as cups for shaved ice.  The flower-shaped mold gives each bowl a low, open profile.

Pressed glass naturally produces variations: slight seam lines at the rim, occasional bubbles, and differences in how the pattern reads. These are not defects, but artifacts of the process.

Two tones of blue between the pair. The color shift changes the visual weight of each piece once placed side by side — which is exactly why they work together.
